Are you interested in showcasing your business at the Terrey Hills Annual Market on Sunday, 2 May 2027? Submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) today to apply for a stall.

How the Application Process Works

Once you submit your EOI, our organising committee will review your application. Please note that our committee members are full-time workers volunteering their time, so while we assess applications as quickly as possible, the process may take a little while. We appreciate your patience!

Stall Allocation Criteria

While we strongly encourage participation from our local Terrey Hills community, we warmly welcome applications from everyone. Stalls are allocated based on the following criteria:

  • Location: Local residents and specific postcodes.

  • Product Type: High-quality, handmade, unique, or locally produced items that add diversity to the market.

  • Sustainability: Eco-friendly and sustainable business practices.

  • Community: Local involvement, community contribution, and reliability or previous market participation.

  • Experience: Excellent visual presentation, compliance with safety/regulatory standards, and a positive contribution to the market atmosphere (e.g., interactive elements or live demonstrations).

Stall Fees & Equipment Hire

  • 3m × 3m Outside Retail Stall: $93 + Donation

  • 2m × 2m Inside or Outside Stall: $83 + Donation

  • 3m x 3m Outside Food Store: $125 + Donation

  • Business Hub (1m × 1m / Card Table): $30 + Donation

  • Table Hire: $10

⚠️ IMPORTANT PRIZE DONATION UPDATE: In lieu of requesting a physical prize donation from each stallholder this year, there is a mandatory $40 community donation fee added to your stall price. The organising committee will use these funds to purchase raffle prizes directly from local Terrey Hills businesses, further supporting our community.

IMPORTANT: Public Liability Insurance Requirements

You must provide your Certificate of Currency for public liability insurance either with your initial EOI or immediately upon payment.

  • 24-Hour Rule: If not uploaded with your EOI, stallholders will have strictly 24 hours after making payment to provide your certificate. Failure to do so will result their spot being forfeited and offered to the waitlist.
